Adult Mental Health Practitioner Opportunity in Rural Queensland

As a Community Adult Mental Health Practitioner or Clinical Nurse, you will provide specialist comprehensive mental healthcare services to adults experiencing mental health deterioration and their carers/support people. You will work closely with consumers to develop personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
