Key Responsibilities:
* Dive deep into formulating relevant branch and territory plans
* Elevate sales strategy execution to maximise growth opportunities
* Lead, coach, and develop Sales Development Managers and Customer Service Team Members
* Formulate and implement impactful sales initiatives in conjunction with National Field Sales Managers
* Sustain relationship development with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction
* Act as the People Leader and support recruitment, onboarding, and career development activities for your team
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive national initiatives, partnerships, and strategy evolution
* Foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
