Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for divesting land that will be repurposed into recreational sites, housing initiatives, and other uses.
2. Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex underutilised or non-operational Transport assets.
3. Coordinate property divestment planning, development, and implementation.
4. Ensure proactive and efficient transactions for community benefit by undertaking periodic reviews of internal and contracted service providers.
5. Comply with governance and quality requirements while providing advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues.

About You

* You will be a skilled Property Manager with experience working across a large complex portfolio.
* Previous experience in town planning, conveyancing, and project management is essential.
* Strong knowledge of property assessment and disposal within a rail infrastructure or complex industrial land portfolio is required.
* Effective communication skills and ability to manage consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders are crucial.
