Coxlease School is recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a passionate individual who can support with food preparation, service and maintain high standards of hygiene within the commercial kitchen. As a school we follow the Government's requirements for healthy eating, and we contribute to the wellbeing of our pupils. In this role, you will assist the Chef with the preparation, cooking, serving of meals and thorough cleaning of all food preparation and services areas. You will always maintain the Company's Assured Safe Catering Policies and Procedures. There is some flexibility on hours for the right candidate.

Coxlease School, located in the heart of the New Forest in Lyndhurst, is a specialised independent school for children aged 9 to 18 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and other related conditions/needs. Previous experience preparing and cooking meals in a professional kitchen environment is essential. All applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
