Position Snapshot
* Salary range - $100,776.00 to $105,340.56 pro rata Level 5 SCHADS Award 2010 + Superannuation (pay point dependent on qualifications and experience).
* Part time 2-3 days per week (0.4 FTE) ongoing position, weekdays only.
* The position is a prison-based role located at Marngoneet Correctional Centre.

Position overview
The ReLink program is a component of the Corrections Victoria Reintegration Pathway (CVRP) and helps individuals in prison prepare for their release and transition into the community.
Working within the Barwon prison precinct you will support clients with diverse and complex needs nearing their exit from prison as well as plan and facilitate small group and individual sessions designed to support participants’ reintegration. An ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships coupled with timely recording of data will be essential to your success in this role.
The successful candidate must be able to provide birth certificate or passport for prison clearance purposes.

About You
This role will suit a candidate with the following skills and experience:
1. Experience working effectively with people involved in the criminal justice system and a strong understanding and empathy for the challenges facing individuals as they transition from custody to the community.
2. Significant case management experience with complex clients particularly those who have been in as part of your application.
