The workshop is based in Campbelltown NSW but requires travel across Sydney, and across Australia.
This autonomous role is essentially responsible for providing prompt, and effective resolution to equipment breakdowns.A typical day will have you out in the field, assisting our valued customers across Australia.
Calibrations, preventative maintenance, repairs on roller brake testers, equipment breakdowns, and upgrades will be the norm, all whilst managing key customer stakeholders.
Key responsibilities also include.Conduct calibration of brake testers, equipment upgradesAssist with equipment breakdowns & troubleshooting.Commissioning and training of new installationsPreventative maintenanceClearly communicate to customers the problem found and the solution required.Develop, maintain and apply a high level of product knowledge.Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies.This role is perfect for someone looking to grow and establish themselves within the business.The Right PersonTo be considered for this unique opportunity, you require:Relevant Trade Qualification.
