Position Purpose
Support initiatives that foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace.
Promote respectful behaviours, strengthen diversity and inclusion practices, and enhance employee wellbeing.
Translate organisational needs into practical, people-centred solutions that are sustainable and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver DEIW initiatives and support associated activities.
Advise leaders and teams on inclusive practices, psychological safety, and respectful behaviours.
Develop and deliver programs that build capability and promote employee wellbeing.
Analyse workforce data to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders to embed inclusive practices into policies and processes.
Coordinate training, awareness campaigns, and engagement activities.
Provide high-level consultancy to leaders and teams.
Lead frameworks and programs that enable safe, high-performing workplaces.
Support integrated approaches to workforce development and organisational change.
About You
Qualifications in HR, psychology, organisational development, social sciences, or related fields (highly regarded).
Experience delivering DEIW initiatives, programs, and (Gender Equality Action Plan) GEAP plans in complex organisations.
Understanding of DEIW legislation, workplace health, and wellbeing frameworks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and present information clearly.
Experience advising leaders and teams to foster positive workplace culture.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Casual Loading
