Sails Restaurant is seeking an experienced and highly organised Accounts Manager to take ownership of our accounting, payroll, compliance and administrative functions.
This is a senior autonomous role working closely with directors, management and department heads.
The Accounts Manager will oversee end‐to‐end financial operations, weekly manual payroll run, including super and payroll tax obligations, weekly financial reporting, tax compliance, accounts payable/receivable, HR administration, and a wide range of internal coordination duties.

About You
* Experience in accounts, payroll or financial administration
* Understanding of Australian payroll legislation, Awards and compliance
* High accuracy, initiative and capability to manage diverse responsibilities
* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced competency in MYOB, Excel and hospitality reservation and POS systems
