About the role:
Immakulate Constructions is seeking a driven individual to take the role of Project Manager and join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Warragul, VIC 3820 and will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of our diverse and unique construction projects.
What you'll be doing:
· Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
· Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and purchase orders
· Coordinating and leading multidisciplinary project teams
· Monitoring project progress; identifying and mitigating risks
· Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant regulations, safety standards and quality requirements
· Providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders
· Collaborating with clients, contractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget
What we're looking for:
· Extensive experience in the construction industry
· Initiative, motivation and willingness to develop new skills
· Exceptional problem-solving skills
· Strong communication and management abilities
· Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations and safety standards
· Proficient in using 'Microsoft Office Suite' and project management software and tools, or willingness to learn
· Tertiary qualification in carpentry, construction management or a related field
