As a Studio Assistant Educator, there will never be a typical day… Through our play-based learning philosophy we are constantly reminded what a wonderous world we live in. You could go from singing Johnny works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener. Of course you will still be responsible for all if the compliance based things like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children’s progress, routines and interests - but all while creating a safe supportive space where children thrive.
What you’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Experience in being a pirate finding lost treasure, make potions and sing loudly with little people.
* Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current & Valid Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
