ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We're seeking an experienced Concession Store Manager (Part Time) to lead our Brand Collective Footwear team at Myer Liverpool. You'll drive day-to-day operations and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is a leadership role focused on motivating a high-performing team, sharing deep product knowledge across multiple brands, and building strong connections with both customers and the in-store Myer team.
Please note – this is a Part Time position.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Leading and developing your concession team to exceed KPIs and deliver unforgettable shopping experiences
* Creating a culture of customer‐centric service through active coaching and mentorship
* Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
* Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
* Recruiting, training, and growing the team's skills and capabilities
* Collaborating with Myer partners on sales‐driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
* Championing our brands through in‐depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience in concession or store‐level retail leadership
* A passion for footwear, fashion and creating authentic, memorable service moments
* Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
* Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
* A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring and motivating others to achieve KPIs
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
