We're seeking a proactive Learning and Development Administrator to support our busy L&D team and help deliver high-quality programs and services.
About the Role: You'll play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development team with a range of administrative and coordination responsibilities.
Your duties will include: Coordinating team activities, meetings, and communications Managing training logistics, including room bookings, catering, and pre-work Supporting Learning Management System (LMS) administration (Saba Cloud preferred) Assisting with vendor onboarding and tracking contracts Handling procurement tasks and processing invoices Developing and refining internal admin processes and user guides Preparing internal communications and updates about learning programs Assisting in monitoring the L&D budget and monthly reporting About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar At least 2 years of experience in a Learning Administration role Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working with internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently Ideally, experience with Learning Management Systems Why Join our client?
