Occupational Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Clinical Supervisor)
About the Role:
In this exciting leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision & mentoring to a team of three OT's while maintaining your own manageable caseload of paediatric clients across both clinic & community settings. Key Responsibilities Include:
* Deliver high-quality, client-centred paediatric OT services
* Provide guidance and clinical supervision to OT's
* Manage a caseload of clients maintaining accurate progress notes, records and client reports
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (OTs, physios, psychologists, speech therapists, dietitians)
* Participate in ongoing professional development & quality improvement initiatives
* Adhere to code of conduct and internal policies & procedures
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration / eligible for registration by the Occupation Therapy Board of Australia
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
* Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle
* Professional indemnity insurance
* Minimum 4 years experience in paediatric/disability/NDIS sector
* Strong leadership, communication & mentoring skills
* Passion for helping children & families reach their goals
Paediatric Physiotherapist About the Role:We are currently looking for a Paediatric Physiotherapist with 3+ years experience to join the team. The team of qualified & experienced Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists and Dietitians work collaboratively, ensuring the challenges faced by their clients are treated as holistically & effectively as possible. Based on each family's individual needs, an integrated team is built around them, all working cohesively towards empowering them to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
* Minimum 3 years experience
* Current AHPRA registration
* Current NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check
* Professional indemnity insurance
* A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
* An understanding of transdisciplinary referrals
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience and/or willingness to build networks & referral bases
* Excellent time management skills & an ability to work independently
* Be proficient with a paperless data base & recording system
* Own reliable vehicle with a current driver's license
* Be intrinsically motivated & demonstrate a genuine passion for physiotherapy & your clients
* Be familiar with service delivery under the NDIS
* Demonstrated experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum & complex diagnoses
