The role
- Full Time (80% fraction considered), Fixed Term (up to 6 months)
- Level 6 - $92,025 to $99,538 pa FTE (plus 17% superannuation)
- Appointment to be made on current campus location
As the Finance Officer (Faculties), you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and advice to faculties to support them in making well-informed business decisions. You will ensure faculties are compliant with the University’s finance governance policies and assist and advise on the development of business proposals and risk management.
About you
- A degree in accounting or a related area, or an equivalent level of knowledge, skills and experience.
- Excellent finance acumen and demonstrated experience preparing and presenting accurate financial reports and business documents.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills to enable you to liaise effectively with faculty stakeholders.
- Previous experience working within the faculties would be advantageous.
