Salary Range: $79,057 to $133,846 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About The Role
The Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) Teacher plays an important role in encouraging students to lead active, healthy, and balanced lives. In this role, you'll use evidence-based strategies and curriculum-aligned resources to create lessons focused on physical activity, health education, and personal growth. The PDHPE Teacher helps students build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of wellbeing. This role supports the development of positive relationships, teamwork, and a commitment to lifelong personal development. With a strong presence both in the classroom and on the sporting field, the PDHPE Teacher also contributes to the broader life of the school by leading and supporting sport programs, wellbeing initiatives, and community activities.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave. The incumbent is entitled to return earlier to their substantive position in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
* NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
