We are seeking a proactive professional to support the delivery of accurate and timely billing services tailored to specific customer categories and scenarios.
This includes executing billing processes efficiently, validating and reconciling data, and promptly resolving any exceptions or discrepancies to uphold high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of initiative, be highly effective in communication, and have proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT proficiency.
* Billing Lifecycle Management: Handle all aspects of billing across the customer lifecycle, including initial bills, automated billing, exception handling, and final billing for mass market, off-market, commercial & industrial (C&I), and generator connections.
* Support for C&I Billing Operations: Aid with billing processes and account management for C&I customers.
* Product and Tariff Audits: Conduct regular audits and reviews of products, tariffs, customer accounts, and other relevant areas as needed.
* Issue Resolution and Analysis: Perform ad-hoc billing tasks to investigate, analyze, and resolve specific issues or exceptions.
* Monthly C&I Billing Activities: Manage all monthly billing tasks for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers, including preparation and maintenance of the weekly C&I billing dashboard.
* Off-Market Billing Operations: Execute billing tasks for off-market customers and maintain the associated off-market dashboard.
* Mass Market Billing Processes: Oversee mass market billing activities, including automated billing runs and upkeep of the mass market billing dashboard.
Requirements

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* General IT proficiency, including experience with Outlook and CRM platforms.
* Skilled in data management tools and technologies, including programming languages such as SQL and Python, and Excel capabilities is highly regarded.
* Effective time management and ability to handle complex tasks efficiently.
* Genuine interest in the regulatory framework and operations of the electricity market.
