Employee Relations Specialist
We seek a skilled Employee Relations Specialist to provide high-level advice on employee relations and performance management matters. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, developing educational resources, and providing professional advice.
About the role:
* Provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management
* Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate ER risks
* Develop and deliver educational resources to uplift capability and reduce ER exposure
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or HR advisory roles. Essential qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
