**The Role**
Key duties for the APS3 Administration Officer will:
- Assist in the implementation and support of business processes and protocols across CM-A.
- Be accountable to perform a range of procedural and administrative tasks within Branch guidelines and procedures.
- Respond to straightforward Administrative and Information Management enquiries from CM-A staff and key stakeholders. Escalate more complex enquiries to your supervisor.
- Demonstrate understanding of Defence policies, procedures and business rules required to achieve CM-A objectives.
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries, expectations and concerns to meet CM-A objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the immediate Information Management Team and wider through Directorate and Branch levels.
- Approach duties with enthusiasm, an open, ready to learn attitude and drive to achieve outcomes.
**About our Team**
The APS3 Administration Officer is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve straightforward duties in support of the APS6 Knowledge Manager and EL1 Information Systems Manager. The APS3 Administration Officer will work to establish priorities and procedures, while exercising some autonomy in their duties. The Admin Officer should be competent to manage priorities and their workload and produce work that is of a high standard and in support of CM-A Directorates and stakeholders. the Admin Officer, you will be required to support Defence employees across an integrated workforce and of varying degrees in classification and rank. They will be required to share information, monitor work practices, set work priorities and aid in the support of business functions.
