Responsibilities
* Own the Flink Cloud Platform roadmap, defining and driving product strategy for enterprise-grade capabilities
* Drive enterprise customer adoption by partnering with field teams and strategic customers to understand requirements
* Write clear and precise product specification documents that translate customer needs into engineering deliverables
* Collaborate cross-functionally with security, identity, networking, and storage teams for seamless integration
* Define and track key metrics for enterprise Flink adoption, using data to inform prioritization decisions
Qualifications
* 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, or distributed systems
* Deep understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements, including encryption and key management
* Experience with stream processing or real-time data systems, familiarity with Apache Flink or similar technologies preferred
* Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade cloud products in partnership with engineering teams
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to engage with enterprise customers on technical and business needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their security/encryption ecosystems
* Familiarity with Apache Flink internals, including state management and checkpointing
* Background in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or government
* Experience in open-source communities or developer platforms
* Knowledge of pricing and packaging for cloud-native products
