Job Title: Nursing Branch Manager
This is a dynamic leadership role that requires exceptional nursing professionals to manage and oversee the daily operations of our clinical team.
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled nursing professional who can lead by example, inspire and motivate their team members, and work collaboratively with other branch managers to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all clinical and operational services in line with company values, policies, and key performance indicators.
* Relational coordination and portfolio compliance of either our My Aged Care funding contract or Department of Veteran Affairs contract determined by experience across our nursing branch managers.
* Supervise, mentor, and support a team of passionate nursing professionals.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
* Drive strategic goals and report on progress and performance.
* Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for operational efficiency.
* Manage all documentation, audits, forms, and registers to best practice standards.
* Oversee staff development and training programs.
* Foster a culture of transparent communication and teamwork.
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
* Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience plus 5 years in a healthcare management role (ideally in community or aged care).
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Deep understanding of clinical governance and healthcare regulations.
* Exceptional organisational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
* Strategic thinker with strong operational acumen.
