Employee Relations Specialist Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a specialist in employee relations.
* Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance on employment law, enterprise agreements, and other workplace legislation.
* Lead the resolution of complex disputes and employee matters, including representation at the Fair Work Commission.
* Negotiate enterprise agreements, ensuring outcomes are commercially sound and sustainable.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations, supported by relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment law, including the Fair Work Act and modern awards.
* Experience working in a unionized environment, with confidence to engage constructively with employee representatives.
* Practical exposure to Fair Work Commission proceedings, including conciliation and dispute resolution.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, combined with negotiation and influencing abilities.
