Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across multiple locations.
* Ensure showroom floors feature in-stock best sellers, tailored to specific store needs and sales history.
* Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
* Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coach store managers, and address performance gaps effectively.
* Attract, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
* Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance and ensure ongoing professional growth.
* Analyze sales, financial, and operational reports to inform strategic decisions.
* Manage escalated customer complaints and uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Regional Manager or equivalent role in retail.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
* Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
* Solid understanding of retail operations, product merchandising, and sales optimization.
