We're now seeking a Part Time Diploma-qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives.
Where you'll work With a recently updated outdoor space and strong connections to learning with nature, Kathleen Kelly Kindergarten is proud to deliver a comprehensive learning experience for all children that empowers them to grow and develop to their full potential.
We are actively seeking educators who share this vision and are looking to join a dynamic and collaborative team.
Role Details: Diploma Educator Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – 9:00am to 2:00pm 15 contact hours + 3/75 non-contact hours = ***** hours per week Diploma Educator Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 8:45am to 1:45pm 20 contact hours + 5 non-contact hours = 25 hours per week What You'll Do In this hands-on, rewarding role, you'll: ·Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning programs ·Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your teaching team ·Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that inspire curiosity ·Collaborate with educators and teachers to deliver high-quality early learning experiences What You'll Bring ·Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it) ·A strong enthusiasm for working with children and a commitment to ongoing learning ·Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain) ·Great teamwork, communication, and organisational skills Why You'll Love the Y ·We support you to grow — through mentoring, study support, and paid professional development ·We value educators at every stage — whether you're just starting out or ready to take the next step ·You'll join a community where belonging, respect, honesty, nurturing, and excellence are at the heart of everything we do ·Enjoy supportive leadership and job security.
