We are seeking aMarketing & Content Assistant to support the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. This entry-level role involves preparing and maintaining high-quality content, assisting with emails, paid ads, website updates, and reporting, and helping keep marketing workflows running smoothly.
ROLE PURPOSE
Working closely with the marketing and creative team, the Marketing & Content Assistant is responsible for supporting campaign execution, preparing and editing high-quality visual content, loading and optimising assets across email, paid, and website channels, and assisting with reporting and workflow management. This role contributes bothexecutional support and attention to detail, helping the team deliver campaigns effectively while learning the skills and processes needed to grow in digital marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Campaign Support: Assist in the preparation & execution of product launches & marketing campaigns across email, paid, and website channels.
* Liaise with the e-commerce team on new product and collection content & details.
* Create and maintain key campaign documents, including frameworks and reporting spreadsheets.
* Coordinate waitlist sign-ups and share updates with the wider team.
* Assist with maintaining the brand presence across marketing channels, including social commerce platforms and marketing integrations (e.g., Shopify, Instagram and Facebook Shops).
Content Editing & Asset Preparation
* Hands-on editing of photo and video content, as a key daily responsibility. Ensure all assets meet brand standards and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic.
* Prepare, export & optimise assets for uploading across multiple channels, including website, email, paid ads, and social media, with accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the organisation and maintenance of content assets within the brand content library, ensuring they are easily accessible and consistently up to date.
Email Marketing & CRM Support
* Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns, including loading EDM content.
* Support post-send reporting to track performance and optimise future campaigns.
* Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator to maintain automated email and SMS flows.
Paid Advertising Support
* Assist with ad ideation, creative support, and editing.
* Maintain ad templates.
* Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator to content load across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Data & Reporting
* Perform data entry and maintain dashboards.
* Support weekly and monthly trade reporting used to identify key trends and opportunities.
Administrative & Operational Support
* Support the Marketing Manager with daily tasks, process improvements, and administrative work.
* Assist the team with general operational tasks, including marketing calendar maintenance, task tracking, and internal processes to keep campaigns on schedule.
* Support ad hoc market research tasks based on seasonal trends or key market developments, including competitor analysis.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with members of the wider marketing team to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all channels.
* Communicate clearly on task progress, timelines, and asset readiness to ensure campaigns stay on track.
* Be responsive to requests from team members and contribute positively to team workflows, helping maintain a collaborative and organised working environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Experience working withShopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
* Photo & Video Editing: Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Snapseed
* Design & Layout: Figma
* Marketing Platforms: Klaviyo (email/SMS), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
* E-commerce & Integrations: Shopify & social commerce tools (Instagram/Facebook Shops, Shop App)
* Comfortable learning new tools and platforms as needed
