Ad Operations Specialist
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution and optimization of digital advertising operations.
In this role, you will oversee the management of the ad server and business rules to ensure seamless ad delivery in line with global guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing ad operations and ad tech integration with sales representatives, facilitating collaboration between teams, supporting marketing promotions, and managing the fulfillment of bookings for international ad sales.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in digital video ad operations, data, and ad tech on the media owner side. They will have strong technical understanding of ad serving and platform capabilities, including hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager and Freewheel. The candidate should also have proven experience with streaming video services and ad tech integrations, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and optimize ad tech solutions.
The programmatic ecosystem is complex, but we're looking for someone who understands SSPs, DSPs & Ad exchanges. You'll be able to lead collaboration and influence various teams and stakeholders, articulating technical concepts and collaborating with diverse teams.
