We seek a Finance and Insurance Specialistto join our elite team.
If you are a customer service champion who works well in a team environment, who is ambitious with an understanding of finance, then we want to hear from you
Duties and Responsibilities:
· To achieve finance and insurance sales targets
· Support the wider sales team to meet customer needs during the sales process
· Adhere to dealership policy and compliance processes
· Achieve budget requirements and KPI's
Skills and Experience:
· Experience in either sales or finance and insurance is preferred but not essential
· A desire to learn and achieve success in a highly specialised role is essential
· A keen attention to detail
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with genuine desire to succeed
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent written, verbal and time management skills
· Current driver's license
· Current police clearance
