Administration Manager Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, performing financial transactions, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage client account setup and ongoing maintenance
* Perform financial transactions and system entries using SAP
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
* Coordinate general ledger updates and related administrative tasks
* Provide administrative support across various business units including Livestock, Insurance and Real estate
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in administration management, ideally in agriculture or livestock
* Strong financial acumen and familiarity with SAP (highly desirable)
* Excellent client service and communication skills
* Ability to lead and support a diverse team
