The Member Services Officers are the backbone of our organization, providing essential services such as Sales, Reception, and Merchandising to our members, casual users, and potential new customers.
The primary responsibility is to secure new memberships and deliver top-notch customer service ensuring it aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
Key areas of responsibility include having a passion for fitness, delivering exceptional customer service, applying sound cash handling principles, and promoting our centre's services and programs.
Our Member Services Officers play a vital role in creating a positive experience for all our customers, from initial contact to ongoing support. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
