We're seeking a highly organised professional to provide project administrative support and manage document control for a busy projects team in the industrial sector. Perfect for someone who enjoys balancing project admin with technical documentation responsibilities.
What you'll do
* Provide day-to-day project and team support, reports, presentations, scheduling, travel, expenses & procurement administration.
* Manage project document libraries, including drawings, RFIs, variations & engineering records.
* Maintain version control and ensure teams work with the latest approved documentation.
* Assist with tender setup and workflows in project systems
* Keep stakeholders connected with up-to-date contact lists and communication protocols.
What you'll bring
* Strong background in administration and project support.
* Demonstrated experience in document control within project management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and exposure to project/document and tendering systems.
* Excellent organisation, accuracy, and the ability to juggle priorities.
* A proactive, flexible approach – comfortable working in a collaborative, newly established team
