About the role
Our Warren & Trangie Multipurpose sites are looking for a Registered Nurse to join their Community Health team as a child & Family Nurse. If you have a sound clinical skillset gained from on the job experience in community health, a passion for the best possible client care and would like the opportunity to expand your skills, then we have an opportunity for you.
As custodians of the next generation in our region, our Child and Family Health nurses play a key role in the core goal of our Health District – healthier rural people and thriving communities. You'll be in early contact with our families, providing services which may include comprehensive family assessment, monitoring growth and development of young children, education and support for parents, immunisations and referrals when necessary
