The Role
As HR Business Partner, you'll sit at the intersection of people and commercial strategy. You'll move well beyond traditional HR duties to become a genuine partner to the business, influencing how the organisation hires, develops and retains top talent across every function. This is a broad, high impact role that covers the full people lifecycle, including:
* Talent Acquisition: end to end recruitment, pipeline development, HRIS management and coaching hiring managers on best practice interviewing
* Employee Relations: timely, compliant case management across performance and conduct matters, with a sharp eye on Fair Work risk
* Employer Branding & EVP: partnering with Marketing to evolve the careers site, LinkedIn presence and employee value proposition
* Learning & Development: leading L&D conversations across departments and managing the training budget
* OH&S: chairing the safety committee, managing WorkCover cases and embedding safety initiatives across the business
* Reporting & Policy: tracking key metrics (time to fill, turnover, channel effectiveness) and keeping policies current and understood
About You
You're a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and doesn't wait to be told what to do. You'll bring:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
* Proven experience in a HR Advisor, HR Generalist or Business Partner capacity
* Background in retail, eCommerce, FMCG or a similarly high volume environment (highly regarded)
* Comfort leveraging AI tools and technology to streamline workflows and drive efficiency
* Robust ER and Fair Work knowledge with the ability to manage complex cases confidently
* Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills at all levels
* A logical, process improvement mindset and a genuine eye for detail
