Waste Management Labourer
About the Role:
We are seeking a Waste Management Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out vehicle and equipment pre-start checks, as well as general maintenance and cleaning tasks.
* Load vehicles ensuring correct equipment and materials are ready for the day's work
* Work site set up and clean up
* General manual labouring tasks; including digging, shovelling, manual lifting and sweeping
* Assist with the installation of new sewer, water and drainage infrastructure
* Assist with upgrades and rehabilitation to existing sewer, water and drainage infrastructure
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you must have:
* A valid HR Driver's Licence
* Own transport
* White/Blue Construction Induction card
* Hard working, punctual and willing to learn
* The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
