With major international expansion underway, particularly across France, Germany, and Spain, they're now looking for a Head of Ecommerce to take the function to the next level.

What you'll be driving
Hitting and exceeding ecommerce & D2C growth targets
European market expansion (France, Germany, Spain)
Onsite optimisation and customer journey uplift
Strong online/offline integration across retail channels
Team capability, culture and leadership
Full P&L ownership and data-led commercial decision-making
What makes you a great fit
You've grown ecommerce revenue in a vertical brand or D2C environment
You lead from the front—hands-on, commercial, and comfortable operating in the detail
You're strong with data, analytics and customer experience
You've built high-performing teams and know how to bring people with youYou understand omnichannel and how physical + digital work together
You've had P&L responsibility and enjoy the accountability that comes with it
Bonus points if you bring
European market exposure, experience across D2C + retail channels, or a background in consumer products, fashion or accessories.
