The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Graduate Engineer to join a collaborative engineering team and gain hands-on experience across a range of projects. Working closely with experienced engineers and project leaders, you will support the design, documentation and delivery of engineering solutions while developing your technical and project management capabilities.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Assisting senior engineers with engineering design tasks, ensuring deliverables are prepared accurately, efficiently and in accordance with relevant standards, legislation and project requirements.
* Supporting the preparation of technical documentation including plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports and tender documentation for a range of engineering projects.
* Contributing to project delivery by assisting with scheduling, contract documentation, quality management processes and ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed timeframes and budgets.
* Maintaining strong communication with senior engineers and project leaders to ensure effective reporting, technical support and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing processes, systems and technologies to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and project outcomes.

Your Skills & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
* Knowledge of engineering design, documentation and project delivery principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CAD or other engineering design software.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare technical documentation.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Problem-solving ability and sound judgement.
* Current Driver’s Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain).
