Position: Engineering Manager | Land Development

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing land development team in Perth. This role is designed for a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in urban development and subdivisions across Western Australia. You will drive project excellence, oversee complex engineering designs, and foster relationships with key stakeholders and local authorities. Key Responsibilities
* Providing strategic leadership and technical oversight for large-scale urban development projects.
* Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality delivery.
* Managing end-to-end subdivision processes, from feasibility and earthworks to final titles.
* Acting as the primary technical contact for developers, contractors, and local government.
* Overseeing financial performance, resource allocation, and project timelines.
