**Provide high level administration support, including**:
- Assistance with implementing new software systems
- Collate briefs of evidence, disclosure bundles and other documents or sets of documents
- File material in Court and deliver to solicitors, Counsel and other parties
- Contribute to maintaining all policies, procedures, processes and registers
- Produce reports as required
- Assist lawyers to produce high quality documents, including Court documents, by assisting with word processing and document formatting
- Order transcripts as required
- Work closely with Directors and Practice Manager to identify, develop and implement strategies/ work practices which will improve the workflow, efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.
- Screen incoming telephone calls, arrange meetings, conduct RTI searches, order transcripts and assist with setting up new starters and leavers.
- Maintain effective time management practices by prioritising workflow to ensure timeframes are met and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence / initiate follow up action where required.
- Arrange travel, prepare and submit travel expense claims, in accordance with the unit's processes and departmental policies.
- Other duties as directed and required.
