* Assist the Chef de Cuisine in developing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients
* Monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively to minimize waste
* Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests
* Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
About You:
* Previous experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment or busy restaurant
* Passion for driving quality and consistency, with a keen desire for continuous learning and improvement
* Previous experience with menu planning and development
* Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
