We have an opportunity for a Personal Care Worker who must be Fluent in Italian to join our Home Care Team in Dianella caring for one person.
With available set or flexible hours per week across a Monday - Sunday roster.

As the ideal candidate, you will be caring and bring your heart and soul to everything you do, ensuring Consumer Choice is front of mind and understanding that you will interact in a meaningful way to assist those looking to maintain their independence.
Your role as Personal Care Worker will see you providing care and support within the consumer's home environment, undertaking cleaning, bed making, personal care including grooming, showering, mobility and assisting with meals. You may also be required to assist with social support, taking consumers to appointments and shopping.

* Possess excellent communication skills, can do attitude, empathy for and an understanding of the needs of the elderly.
* Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
* Be personable, compassionate, approachable and able to build relationships with each of your clients.
* Be proficient in use of and have a mobile smart phone.
* Be reliable, responsive, efficient, confident and proactive.
* Value and enjoy the company of older people.
* Must be fluent in Italian.
* Conversational level Italian fluency is required for effective communication with client.
* A minimum of 6 months previous personal care or aged care experience is required.
