This is a great opportunity for suitably qualified, friendly and skilled Duty Manager to join the team
The Role
The Duty Manager's primary responsibility is to oversee the safety and operation of the facility with support from the Management Team and to direct day‑to‑day activities of the Health Club, Aquatics, Programs, and Private Hires.
Our Duty Manager's are responsible for all general enquiries, sales and bookings and provide an exceptional Guest Experience to all members and guests.
Skills & Attributes
* Strong leadership experience with an ability to inspire others
* Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
* Ability to work weekends, mornings and evenings
* Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
* Working with Children's check and National Police Check clearance
* Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
Pool Lifeguard qualifications along with CPR & First Aid are essential for this role. We are willing to assist the successful applicant with obtaining these qualifications.
We are looking for a Duty Manager that is outgoing and dedicated to doing a fantastic job. You must be committed to providing the best guest experience and able to work independently.
All on the job training will be provided to the successful applicant with availability to work weekend shifts.
