This role involves overseeing all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction to project completion.
* The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A background in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial planning would be an asset.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Preparing detailed budgets and estimates for high-end residential projects.
* Coordinating with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control.
* Managing procurement processes, assessing subcontractor and supplier quotes, and monitoring project finances.
* Liaising with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction.
* Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million.
* Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance requirements.
