**Your Impact**:
As the Qualification Pathways Specialist, you will play a vital role in building a highly skilled and engaged Educator workforce at Goodstart. By fostering strong partnerships with vocational and higher education providers, and working closely with internal teams, you will support the delivery of accessible and inspiring learning opportunities for Educators at all stages of their career. You'll lead the administration and coordination of the Qualification Pathways Program (QPP), ensuring accurate reporting, scholarship compliance, and smooth participant experiences. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will strengthen governance, data accuracy, and financial assurance processes, while your collaborative and improvement-focused approach will help evolve our programs and systems.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience in project or program management, with knowledge of scholarship or funding administration systems, processes, and compliance
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, both internal and external, ideally within the early learning sector
Proven ability to manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and produce accurate financial and program reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes
