LOVE TO TALK HORSES?
We have an opportunity to become a member of the Customer Service Team and talk horses all day long.
Providing superior care to our customers from all over Australia, and sometimes internationally, your duties will include generating orders from web sales, telephone calls and emails, as well as providing product advice. You will also need to carry out the usual general administrative duties associated with an office.
You will need to have:
· A demonstrated connection with horses, with a sound understanding of their needs and those of their riders.
· Accurate data entry skills.
· Strong customer care skills with a great telephone smile.
· Previous experience in an office with the ability to recognize what needs to be done and a 'can do' attitude.
· A team player willing to seek help, equally to offer help, and be an effective communicator.
· A basic understanding of a wholesale/retail business (saddlery experience would be an advantage but is not essential).
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming telephone calls, deciding the most appropriate manner, to process the call to ensure that customers are assisted in an efficient and effective manner.
· Enter customer orders received by phone, email or company websites into the Pronto software system in accordance with company procedures.
· Identify and promote relevant products or services during customer interactions, l leveraging product knowledge and customer insights to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings that meet customer needs and contribute to sales targets.
· Process customer returns, credits, and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
· Contribute to the ongoing review of customer care processes and information to assist the team in more efficiently and effectively care customers of the company.
· Actively calling wholesale customers and managing successful relationships.
The position will be either part-time working Monday to Thursday or Full Time Mon – Fri.
