The Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) team is a high-volume work area which relies on technical resources to complete work efficiently. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with demonstrated experience in delivery of process driven customer service to fill temporary Administrative Service Officer 3 (ASO3) Customer Service Officer positions. The Position: ASO3 Customer Service Officers play a vital role in the WWVP team. Duties include the efficient triage and processing of WWVP applications, supporting senior staff, and providing information and advice to applicants and stakeholders. The successful applicant must be able to undertake their work in accordance with the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011, while delivering high-level customer service via telephone and in writing. Attention to detail and demonstrated computer literacy are essential for this role.
