About the Job:

* Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Focus: Lead by example, prioritizing exceptional customer service and being proactive in addressing customer needs and concerns.
* Lifelong Learning: Embrace ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
* Building Connections: Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and community partners, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.

This is a Permanent, full-time position that requires a passion for leadership, customer service, and community engagement.


Requirements:

* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership Experience: Proven track record of developing, coaching, and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
* Sales and Marketing: Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies, drive business growth, and mentor staff to achieve sales targets.
* Financial Management: Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
* Operational Efficiency: Ability to drive operational efficiencies, maintain high standards of compliance, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulations, with experience in residential and commercial lending.
* Retail Operations: Familiarity with retail branch operations, including customer service, sales, and marketing.
