Role Description
The Commission Sales Associate will play a key role in driving real estate transactions and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing client relationships, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and representing the company's services to deliver the best outcomes for all stakeholders. This is a commission‐based, on‐site role located in Melbourne, VIC.
Qualifications
* Sales and Negotiation skills, including identifying opportunities and closing deals effectively
* Customer Relationship Management and proficiency in building client trust and satisfaction
* Real Estate knowledge, familiarity with property market trends, and understanding of relevant legal procedures
* Excellent Communication and Presentation abilities, including listening and articulating value propositions clearly
* Self‐motivation, attention to detail, and an ability to work independently
* Prior experience in sales, real estate, or related fields is highly advantageous
* Current real estate license or willingness to obtain one
* Strong proficiency in time management and organizational skills
