* Oversee the local integration and alignment of all 'back office' functions, including community relations, finance and business services.
About the role:

The Administration Officer will provide timely and efficient administrative support in relation to program and support services processes, including overseeing the reception area. The Administration Officer will provide high quality administration support to the ACT Office Coordinator, and administrative support to the Greater ACT Services. Liaise as required with staff from MacKillop's Offices, as well as staff from a wide range of government and non-government agencies as required.

Oversee the local integration and alignment of all 'back office' functions, including community relations, finance and business services and human resource management in partnership with relevant MacKillop staff locally and at head office.

About You:

* Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise meeting deadlines.
* Commitment to high levels of customer service including the ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure.
* High skills levels around the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio) as well as Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in a diversity of contexts.
* Experience working in an administration capacity.
* An ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.

* Hourly Rate of $38.65 to $41.45 as outlined in the SCHADS Award Level 3, dependent on qualification and experience.

* Valid and current Driver's License.
* Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop).
