Our centre will appoint two Pod Leaders who will work closely with the Centre Manager to drive quality, consistency, and team performance across the service. This is not just a 2IC role. This is not just an Educational Leader role. The Pod Leader Role Pod Leaders are the backbone of daily leadership within our centres. You will: - Support the Centre Manager with daily operations and team performance - Lead curriculum and practice across a group of rooms - Mentor and coach educators through reflection and modelling - Guide programming in line with EYLF and NQS - Support onboarding, inductions, and consistent routines - Assist with roster support and ratio efficiency - Drive QIP actions and Assessment & Rating readiness - Remain hands-on in practice while leading with influence Each Pod Leader oversees a "pod" of rooms, ensuring consistency, calm routines, and high-quality learning environments. This role suits an experienced educator ready to step confidently into leadership while staying connected to children and families.
