Provide high‐level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, the Board of Directors, and Aurora Leadership Team.
* Manage the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
* Handle Board correspondence.
* Coordinate travel arrangements.
* Coordinate events.
* Maintain diary management.
* Prepare and distribute Board papers.
About You
We're looking for an individual who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, possesses strong analytical and accuracy skills, is an excellent organiser and time manager, can manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion, and is a team player who builds collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation and externally.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products is essential.
