About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-driven Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role sits at the centre of daily operations and is responsible for ensuring customers are supported professionally while internal systems, job scheduling and records are managed accurately.
This is not a passive administration role. It requires someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
You will be responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating jobs and maintaining operational data. The role requires someone who can prioritise effectively, stay organised under pressure and consistently produce accurate work.
If you prefer a slow-paced role with minimal responsibility, this position will not suit you.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Respond to email and online enquiries with clear and timely communication
• Schedule and coordinate jobs to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems
• Prepare quotes, invoices and follow-up communications
• Support the operations team by ensuring jobs are correctly managed from start to completion
About You
You are someone who:
• Has proven experience in a customer service and administration role
• Communicates clearly and confidently with customers
• Has strong data entry skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise effectively
• Takes ownership of your work and follows tasks through to completion
Experience in the solar or technical industry is highly regarded but not essential. Full training will be provided.
