About the Opportunity
The Marketing Specialist role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
* Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and stay up-to-date with competitor activities and market insights.
* Leverage data and customer insights to develop integrated brand and product campaigns for specific segments, aligning with predefined goals and the customer buying journey.
* Create original and engaging campaign content and collateral that communicates the Telstra Health strategic narrative across various customer touchpoints, from digital to events.
* Ensure timely delivery and effective execution of marketing activities, working closely with external agencies and obtaining sign-off from key internal and external stakeholders.
* Monitor and track campaign performance, pursuing continuous progress and best practices.
* Explore new platforms and ways of working to drive innovation and improvement.
About You
* Degree in Marketing or a related field.
* B2B marketing experience is essential; software marketing experience, particularly with complex ICT solutions, is highly regarded as is Healthcare industry knowledge and experience.
* Experience in a similar role, driving brand perception and customer lifecycle growth through integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
* Demonstrated ability to set, track, and achieve KPIs and marketing objectives.
* Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
* Agile and adaptable, capable of working in ambiguous situations as a resilient self-starter with the energy and drive to collaborate and create impactful results.
* Confident communication with stakeholders, both internal and external, at all levels of the business.
